The brainchild of Youri Lebault, the Bourgogne Signature Wine Experiences were born of an original idea: Offering connoisseurs and wine lovers the opportunity to taste legendary wines that are rarely accessible, usually available only to those with allotted rights or subscribed to a waiting list. Bourgogne's grands crus are counted among the most sought after and expensive wines in the world, representing only 1% of Burgundy’s production.
I spent almost a year meeting with the wine estates and prestige partners with whom we work in total confidence. The precise tasting programme is designed to include memorable tastings, access to the greatest domains, a helicopter flight over the most legendary vineyard parcels, and meals prepared by the Michelin starred chefs of Burgundy.
